Well our multi day trip ended up a few days light due to weather but gerry and myself joined up with Ross at Duck Bay for a days paddling to Creinch via Inchmurrin for a late lunch and a coffee and then back to Duck Bay. Gerry and I decided to travel up to Loch Etive for a paddle on the Monday, very cold overnight. Carrying the boats for a fair distance due to a very low water level in the loch we started off in bright sunshine with the loch like a mirror and the sun in our faces and a slack outgoing tide we kept to the north shore until the tide turned, so we stopped for lunch and a coffee and then used the incoming tide to return to base after dark with the light from a full moon. Wonderful couple of days.

Really enjoyed the couple of days and the reflections on Loch Etive were superb. Next time you have a few days off we could head for Ghiga for trip round the island and a camp at the Boathouse cafe. Bute could also be a good venue as a 10 min crossing takes you to a fine spot for the tent. Maybe we will be joined by some of the others for the trip. Looking forward to it already.
